По распоряжению работодателя работника без его согласия можно привлечь к сверхурочной работе: (ч. 3 ст. 99 ТК РФ):
• для предотвращения катастрофы, производственной аварии, устранения их последствий;
• производственной аварии или ликвидации их последствий;
• для устранения обстоятельств, из-за которых не функционируют централизованные системы водо-, тепло- и газоснабжения, транспорта и связи;
• в случае введения чрезвычайного или военного положения и в других экстренных случаях, которые угрожают населению (пожары, наводнения и др.).
