Примечательно и то, что в русском дубляже Бэтмена озвучивает Всеволод Кузнецов — зрителям так понравился его голос в трейлере, что они настояли на том, чтобы он озвучивал его и в фильме, хотя изначально копания Warner Bros. рассчитывала на Гошу Куценко.

Отправив всех злодеев Готэма за решетку, Бэтмен (Уилл Арнетт) впадает в апатию: пересматривает «Джерри Магуайра», сидит на диете из лобстеров и собачится с дворецким Альфредом (Рэйф Файнс; как и всех остальных актеров, можно услышать только в оригинале). Но Бэтмен не может отличить эту отчаянную валентинку от бэт-сигнала и собирает собственный отряд самоубийц. Весь мультфильм под ногами у него путается новоиспеченный Робин (Майкл Сера) — несчастный сирота, которого Брюс Уэйн неосмотрительно усыновил.
Мультфильм, описывающий отношения Бэтмена и Джокера через песни «ВИА Гры» («У меня появился другой», «Гуд монин, папа», «Перемирие», а в конце и «Притяжения больше нет»), не может быть плохим по умолчанию. Сложно сказать, какую долю шуток этого «Бэтмена» поймут дети: для них, вероятно, все удовольствие ограничится ритмичной и яркой рекламой «Лего» длиной в полтора часа. Зато их родителей и фанатов комиксов ждут и удачные остроты, и тайные знаки.
Оказывается, с помощью «Лего» можно не только созидать, но и деконструировать. Причем психоанализ Бэтмена тут не ограничивается стандартным диагнозом: «комплекс сироты, эгоцентризм, перфекционизм», а заходит гораздо дальше. Заманив взрослых в зал, этот мультфильм прямо при детях бьет их по самому больному месту — по привычке соревноваться в жертвенности. Все проблемы местного Бэтмена — в страхе перед делегированием полномочий, мании контроля и желании спасать всех в одиночку. И зрителю будет не просто не узнать в этом супергерое-оборотне себя или кого-то из близких. Немного командной работы — и любой подвиг Бэтмена превращается в рутину; только вот жить без подвига ему больно и неинтересно.
Мультфильм, первая часть которого при бюджете в 60 миллионов собрала в мире почти полмиллиарда, трудно заподозрить в том, что его единственная задача — воспевать безграничные возможности «Лего». Но как раз с ней он справляется блестяще: вот вам кубики, стройте из них что хотите. Хоть комедию, хоть супергеройский боевик, хоть гомоэротический триллер (если не надоели очевидные шутки), хоть семейную мелодраму, хоть мюзикл. Кстати, о музыке — претензия к мультфильму всего одна. В нем нет шлягера, сравнимого с «Everything is Awesome». И это страшно обидно, потому что в остальном тут и правда everything is awesome.

Колоссальный успех, во всех его пониманиях, вышедшей в 2014 году анимационной ленты «Лего. Фильм» стал краеугольным камнем в конструкторной франшизе, бросающей вызов всему кинематографу, при этом с ухмылкой говоря: «Мы всего лишь детские игрушки».
Три года назад явление работы Фила Лорда и Кристофера Миллера о приключениях пластмассовой фигурки по имени Эммет, поспособствовало рождению новой серии фильмов в жанре анимационная комедия, что в большей части похожа на рекламу датской компании «Lego» за просмотр которой еще и платят зрители, однако режиссерский дуэт сотворил карикатурное произведение, ухитрясь при этом поместить «1948» Джорджа Оурэлла и высмеивание всего того, что дал кинематограф, как искусство в целом, в проблемную и что немало важно детскую картину.
Полученная формула породила на экраны кинотеатров сольный фильм об одном из самых культовых и популярных героев — бэтмене, а вместе с ним и безграничную сатиру надо комиксами и не только. Режиссер Крис МакКей смог безошибочно расположить все задуманные идеи — от преслоутова инфотеймонта до философского предназначения семьи в жизни каждого. И симбиоз всего желаемого и продемонстрированного безукоризненно работает на публику. Создав идеальный мир именно для данного протагониста, совершается полное раскрытие персонажа, как с комической, так и с трагической стороны. Да, бэтмен здесь получился, что ни на есть эгоистичным правосудцем с нарциссическим взглядами, при этом ему не откажешь в исключительном и уникальном чувстве юмора, который в течение фильма, как волны, окатывает, не теряя при этом качество язвительных насмешек над всеми героями и злодеями ленты. В данном случае поражает масштаб распространения шуток. От сатиры картины получает каждый в не зависимости от своего статуса. Авторы проходятся по всем значимым и актуальным тенденциям настоящего. По большому счету после такого, телеканалу «Netflix» неприметно нужно просить, чтобы именно такой бэтмен записал для них спешл и отправился в стенд-ап тур по миру.
Вместе с тем стоит отметить, что за непрерывным развлечением в текстовом плане, автору удается порадовать созданным миром из детского конструктора. Пластмассовый пазл под чудским руководством трансформируется в необычайно красивое, яркое и детализированное полотно, на фоне которого происходят события фильма. Удивительно и то как, на первый взгляд обычная игрушка может вызывать множество эмоций и размышлений. Ведь местами комедия превращается в драму, затем переходит в приключенческий боевик с элементами трагикомедии, а в конце и вовсе можно разглядеть социальный подтекст о поиске себя в искусственном мире. Впрочем, цельность и правильное восприятие рассказанной истории заключается в ее коммуникабельности. В умении находить общее со всеми и умении заставить сделать очевидный вывод из увиденного. Как и в прошлом фильме, здесь все строится на персональных качествах героев, способных отыскать в себе то, чего раньше не замечали. Именно индивидуальность подчеркивает режиссер через эгоизм, заботу и детскую мечту. По сути «Лего Фильм: Бэтмен» представляет собой эпохальный шарж на действительность, выполненного в стиле постмодернизма с элементами классической греческой поэмы.

Building off of the block-busting success of the The LEGO Movie, a fun-tastic merging of snark and family friendly that was everything a flick about a plaything should be, this Dark Knight rises to even greater heights thanks to its innate ability to satisfy both kids and the kids in all of us. In this PG-rated animated piece of pop-art, a cooler-than-ever Bruce Wayne (Will Arnett) must deal with the usual suspects as they plan to rule Gotham City, while discovering that he has accidentally adopted a teenage orphan (Michael Vera) who wishes to become his sidekick. With The LEGO Batman Movie, WB and DC Comics zero in on a more cohesive, entertaining, and character-driven flick than the best parts of the Caped Crusader's most recent appearance, Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, which was also funny but for entirely wrong reasons. In winning fashion, LEGO Batman goes so far as to even tease audiences with a riffy retelling of the Dark Knight's long strange trip through pop culture history. Of course, the funhouse tone and LEGO Batman's hilariously self-absorbed 'voice' have slowly been developed in both video game form and in The LEGO Movie before being built upon here, but this standalone truly kicks this version of the character up a quantum notch. This brings up another impressive point: This iteration is based on a toy and video game--two nearly impossible thresholds to pass when it comes to adaptations. What's more amazing is that there are five writers listed for this adaptation (Seth Grahame-Smith, of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter non-fame, gets story credit), which is usually a bad sign that too many cooks are spoiling the broth. Instead, it would appear that each screenwriter used their specific gifts to work on developing and strengthening the many individual characters in this soup. Indeed, the multitude of LEGO figurines pulled from the Zeitgeist could've very easily made for an overwhelming candy-colored experience, but this is never allowed to happen to any blockhead big or small. Hell, even the walk-ons don't get the short-shrift. Supporting players and cameos abound in this, a gleeful extension of the DC Universe in which Harry Potter and Doctor Who get to play (everybody from Superman and Alfred the Butler to Voldemort and Daleks take part in the monkey business). Somehow, all of the pieces fit together wonderfully, especially the story, voices, and - most importantly - the sumptuous animation. Sure, the obligatory message that accompanies an All Audiences feature (in this case--the importance of friendship) gets laid on thick but the movie's snarky zippy delivery keeps the tongues of all involved planted firmly in cheek. What they've given us is a riff on a specific piece of pop culture that further riffs on pop culture in general. The only possible deficit is that some of the jokes may not age well, but most of the brands included have already stood the test of time. With franchise fatigue setting in for audiences in regards to some series, moviegoers are right to be wary when it comes to broadening The LEGO Movie into offshoots. If Batman is any indication, however, LEGO Star Wars and LEGO Marvel would be welcome additions on the block if they approach their brand with the same well-rounded level of art, appreciation, and zaniness. When the first Lego movie came out a few years ago, I thought it was a revelation in the animation industry. Both the movies and the video games are expertly executed with Lego pieces flying everywhere! It was only right that Lego continued the trend by adding a cannonized Lego Batman movie to the historic ranks of the fearsome crime fighter. It was thoroughly enjoying to see the flawless animations and voice acting back in Lego form, however, I wasn't quite as enamored with this installment as I was the first. Will Arnett has become a mainstay in the voice-acting community for his unique deep bass, so it only made perfect sense to have him as Bruce Wayne/Batman. Michael Cera and his boyish high pitch were great for Robin and Zack Galifianakis's zany yet distinct voice was a solid casting for the Joker. Those three stand out as our primary characters as their relationships weave in and out of one another. To hilarious affect, the movie is mostly centered around The Joker and Batman's relationship, but it's played to resemble more of an actual love relationship than a heated one. The other centralized theme running in this movie is Batman/Bruce Wayne's ability to have friends and/or family in his life. There are certainly childish messages underlying throughout the film, but seeing it all play out in Lego form is what makes it more endearing or charming than anything else for someone over the age of 10. My only gripe was the pace of which the film moved. The first Lego movie had a centralized plot surrounding its main character that introduced side Lego characters you could grow accustomed to. In Batman, we have so many characters on screen with so much happening so fast, it felt a little rushed in just over 90 minutes. These Lego movies opened up a new window for Hollywood's artistic and animated talent to express themselves. Whether it's by stop-motion or pure CGI, there are so many avenues Hollywood can take in Lego form, you feel like every one of them could be a winner.

Это очень хитроумные приспособления для борьбы со злом: у них есть специальные наконечники в виде боксёрских перчаток, сетей, бомбочек с вязким клеем и не только. После спасения мира с командой Великих мастеров Бэтмен снова сражается против зла, на этот раз в родном Готэме. Все враги Тёмного рыцаря объединились и напали на готэмскую электростанцию, взрыв которой может обрушить Готэм, расположенный над бездной. У возглавляющего команду Джокера только одно требование: привести мэра. Мэром оказывается замаскированный Бэтмен, с лёгкостью побеждающий врагов. Почти схваченный Джокер пытается доказать, что именно он - главный враг Бэтмена, но тот отнекивается, и расстроенный клоун улетает.

Бэтмен спасает город и попадает в центр внимания, наслаждаясь популярностью. Он разъезжает по Готэму, собирая комплименты, и заезжает в детский дом, где его замечает бесконечно радостный Дик Грейсон. Парад Бэтмена заканчивается в бэтпещере, где одинокий герой смотрит романтические комедии, играет на гитаре и поглощает лобстеров. Альфред намекает ему, что такой образ жизни недопустим и напоминает о его страхе: снова стать частью семьи. Бэтмен отнекивается и от слов дворецкого.

Пока весь Готэм радуется, обеспокоенный Бэтмен следит за злодеями. Ему на глаза попадается переодетая Харли, изображающая сотрудницу прачечной "Фантомный озон", и Бэтмен решает выслать Джокера в Фантомную зону. Пытающегося найти способ Бэтмена прерывает Альфред, настаивающий на знакомстве с Диком, живущим в особняке Уэйна, и пускающий его в бэтпещеру. Бэтмен решает взять Робина, чтобы добыть фантомный проектор, открывающий Фантомную зону. Дик спешит выбрать себе костюм, и пара отправляется к Супермену.

Добравшись до Крепости одиночества, Бэтмен отправляет Дика за проектором, а сам пытается отвлечь Супермена. Впрочем, в этом не было необходимости: Лига справедливости устроила вечеринку, забыв про Бэтмена, и не обращает на него внимания. Бэтмену остаётся только руководить Робином, проводя его через ловушки Крепости. С украденным проектором дуэт пробирается в Аркхэм и отправляет Джокера в Фантомную зону, но Барбара ловит их и садит за решётку.
«Знаешь, когда я была маленькой, я хотела быть такой, как ты, Бэтмен. Хотела быть сильной, и быстрой, и умной, как Бэтмен. Но ты не тот, кого я себе представляла.»

Тем временем Джокер собирает злейших злодеев всех миров, заключённых в Фантомной зоне, а Харли Квинн крадёт проектор из рук полицейских и выпускает зло на свободу. Альфред и Барбара выпускают героев и отправляются на битву. В ходе сражения Бэтмен запирает друзей в Скатлере и отправляет подальше, а сам уходит в особняк, захваченный Джокером, но проигрывает и сам попадает в Фантомную зону. Робин, Барбара и Альфред возвращаются в город и продолжают борьбу.
«Бэтмен запрограммировал меня на подчинение, но он не запрещал мне спасать его.»

Бэтмен уговаривает стражницу Фантомной зоны Филлис выпустить его взамен на возвращение злодеев и, осознав свои ошибки, с помощью своих врагов сражается против Джокера. Увы, в этот раз он всё же взрывает бомбу, и Готэм начинает разрушаться. Все объединяют силы и формируют живую цепь, удерживающую город вместе, но недостаёт только одного: помощи самого Джокера.
«Если бы не ты, я бы никогда не понял, как я привязан ко всем этим людям. Если ты поможешь мне спасти Готэм, ты поможешь мне спасти нас.»

Джокер прощает Бэтмена и помогает ему. Вместе с жителями Готэма город спасён, но Бэтмен должен уходить в Фантомную зону. Филлис не пускает его, не видя в нём злодея, и герой остаётся с друзьями. Он отпускает Джокера и возвращается домой с Диком, Барбарой и Альфредом смотреть романтические комедии и поглощать лобстеров.
