Сегодня идёт очередной День Джаббы Хатта. Сегодня я расскажу Вам о Парусной Барже Джаббы.
Как мы помним Парусная Баржа Джаббы или же её название "Кетанна". Появился этот звездный корабль в 6 эпизоде "Звёздные Войны: Возвращение Джедая".
Эту Баржу построили для передвижения криминального босса Джаббы Хатта по песчаному морю Татуина. Также на этой Барже Джабба мог лицезреть казнь какого-либо человека, предавшего его. Из-за большого вмещения Баржи, на корабле присутствовало множество наемников и охранников Джаббы, что давало ему преимущество в случае нападения.
Участь Баржи была такой-же, как и у её пользователя - Джаббы. Они вместе были погребены под тоннами песка в 4 ПБЯ (После Битвы при Явине). Грустная участь хорошего транспорта.
Кстати, Баржу взорвали при помощи её же главного оружия - тяжёлой бластерной пушки.
Кстати, Баржу для шестого эпизода создавали и эта была реальная постройка, не спроектированная на компьютере и это не 3-D модель. Интересный факт: снимали сцену с Баржей Джаббы в Юме, штат Аризона. Но как режиссеру Джорджу избавиться от 35 тысяч фанатов, которые приехали на своих багги. Для этого в целях секретности создатели фильма заявили, что на самом деле здесь снимается фильм ужасов под названием «Печальный итог: Кошмар за пределами вашего воображения» («Blue Harvest: Horror beyond your imagination»). Они даже нарядили всех членов съемочной группы в кепки и футболки с этим названием. Потому, как даже охрана и железное ограждение не могли отогнать фанатов сделать несколько фото на съемочной площадке.
Весило сооружение около 2-х тонн, а создавали Баржу около 9 месяцев.
Характеристики Баржи :
Полное название: Уббрикианская Элитарная Парусная Баржа.
Размер: 30 м длиной. Скорость: 100 км/ч или 30 км/ч под парусами, на максимальной высоте 10 м. Да это быстрее Сокола Тысячелетия ). Скорость для Баржи нормальная.
Вместимость: 26 человек команды, 300 пассажиров, один крупногабаритный хатт, 250 тонн груза. Довольно неплохо для баржи.
Вооружение: 1 тяжёлая бластерная пушка и около 10 противопехотных бластеров. Как вы помните тяжёлую бластерную пушку устанавливали в 6 эпизоде Звёздных Войн. Защита: обшита лёгкой бронёй (хотя можно было обшить и лучше).
Теперь после рассказа о "Кетанне", предлагаю перейти к её исполнению в Лего. Набор 75020 был выпущен в 2013 году.
Этот набор имел 850 деталей и 6 минифигурок, а именно: Охотника за головами Ри-Йиса, криминального лорда Джаббу, Рабыню Принцессу Лею, Музыканта Макса Ребо, Официанта R2-D2, охранника, а также барабанщика Викуэи.
В этом наборе Джабба предстаёт не только, как грозный криминальный лорд, а также, как весёлый персонаж, любящий музыку. Мало кто знает, но на Барже и во Дворце Джаббы играла группа Макса Ребо. Иногда к группе Ребо присоединялся охранник Джаббы один из расы Викуэи, который играл на барабанах. Чтобы вечеринка была еще веселее дроид-астромеханик R2-D2 выступил в роли официанта (по неволе) на Барже Джаббы. Он с помощью сервировочного столика одетого на его "шею" разносил фужеры и кружки с напитками.
Никто даже понятия не имел, что этот дроид спрятал у себя меч Люка Скайуокера.
В Наборе 4 минифигурки эксклюзивны, остальные две нет. Среди этих двух минифигурок: Джабба и официант R2-D2.
В наборе присутствует постер наборов 2013 года. В верху правого угла коробки изображён дизайн всех коробок 2013 года по LEGO STAR WARS -Йода со световым мечом.
В наборе имеются две детали парусов оранжево-коричневого цвета. Также в наборе вы найдете тяжелую бластерную пушку.
Мне нравится функционал набора.
Палубу можно снять и, тем самым посмотреть содержимое внутри. Внутри вы можете заметить небольшую тюрьму, наларгон, на котором играет музыкант Макс Ребо, а также трон, на котором восседает мерзкий слизень Джабба Хатт. Также на носу баржи имеется спрятанная пушка. Окна Баржи открываются разумеется, на неокторых из них присутствуют принты коричневого цвета.
Набор очень крутой и может будет его перезапуск в 2022 году, но это только слухи.
Набор в своё время стоил 6.499 руб. , сейчас-же спустя 8 лет он является раритетом и эксклюзивом стоит на двух сайтах 25.999 руб.

Jabba the Hutt is a minifigure based on the a slug-like Hutt crime boss and gangster in the Star Wars universe. He has appeared in 4 sets to date, and has had 2 variations made, one being a redesign.

Description
Jabba the Hutt was released in two variations. Both are fairly accurate to the movie character and are in the shape of a very large slug with stubby arms and a face.
This variant is all sand green and features no printing. It has a large and bulbous body with two pieces that are added on, making up the tail. The arms are short and can move up and down. The hands can grip objects the same size as those held by minifigures. As there is no printing, the mantle of recreating the recognizable features of Jabba falls upon the mold. This was done very accurately, with wrinkles and folds of skin below the chin and around the eyes, a wide, thin mouth and two drawn-out, nearly horizontal nostrils.
This version of Jabba does sport printing, and as such is far more detailed than its predecessor. It is mainly colored olive green and tan for the face. The tail and body are one piece and sport printing of faint stripes on the tail and wrinkles below the chin. The head piece is not connected to the body and must be attached. This gives it the ability to swivel 360 degrees. The mould, although not as detailed as the previous version, depicts the chin, mouth and bulge of the eyes. The printing completes the effect, giving Jabba a brown mouth and nostrils and orange eyes - one of which is opened wider than the other - with large black pupils and wrinkled eyelids. The arms are olive green as well and the hands again can hold minifigure-scale objects.
Background
Jabba the Hutt was a ruthless gangster who had a large criminal empire on Tatooine. He used to lead podracing with his assistant, Bib Fortuna. This empire spanned from possibly 516 BBY to 4 ABY, but was restored by Zorba the Hutt in 5 ABY. He plays a large role in the beginning of Return of the Jedi, when Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, and Lando Calrissian rescue Han Solo, who had given to the Hutt by Boba Fett owing to a non-payment.
This infiltration of Jabba's Palace to rescue Han resulted in a battle atop the gangster's luxury craft, Jabba's Sail Barge, and his death by strangulation at the hands of Princess Leia. Jabba employed a host of bounty hunters, smugglers, assassins, and bodyguards to operate his criminal empire. His palace on Tatooine had a host of entertainers at his disposal, including - but likely not limited to - slaves, droids, and alien creatures. Jabba had a dark sense of humor, a large appetite, and affinities for gambling, slaves, and torture.
Jabba also appears in LEGO Star Wars: The Padawan Menace, where he sentences C-3PO and R2-D2 to fight to the death. However, they escape.
Jabba the Hutt was a Hutt crime lord from Nal Hutta. He has appeared in the sets 4480 Jabba's Palace, 6210 Jabba's Sail Barge, 9516 Jabba's Palace and 75020 Jabba's Sail Barge.

Background
Jabba Desiljic Tirue (or Jabba the Hutt) ruled over a successful criminal empire based on Tatooine before, during and after the Clone Wars. He sought help from the Jedi after his son Rotta was kidnapped and became a temporary ally of the Galactic Republic. Years later Bounty Hunter Boba Fett delivered Rebel smuggler Han Solo to him, provoking a team of Rebels to rescue their friend. After failing to execute them, Jabba was strangled to death by Princess Leia aboard his Sail Barge, the Khetanna.
Role in Lego ® Star Wars
Original minifigure
The first Jabba minifigure was released in 2003, in the Jabba's Palace set. He consisted of four parts; body/head, arms, and tail. The minifigure was all light green with no distinguishing marks other than curved lines in the mold to give the appearance of sagging skin. The minifigure also showed his navel.
2012 Version
Nine years later, in 2012, Lego made another version of the Jabba the Hutt minifigure. This one was much more detailed, having many different colors and a detailed face. The minifigure's arms could move up and down-like the previous version-but it's head could rotate 360 degrees as well. The minifigure had red eyes and a green and tan body. Curved lines were printed on to give the appearance of skin this time tough. Ironically, this minifigure was first included in a set by the same name: Jabba's Palace.
Video Games
Jabba has also appeared in every mainline LEGO Star Wars game since LEGO Star Wars The Original Trilogy, though in every game before The Force Awakens he is unplayable, but instead appears in the Mos Eisley Cantina. Players can play various bounty hunter missions that he orders. He appears as a DLC character in LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens as part of the Jabba's Palace DLC pack and as a normal unlockable character in The Skywalker Saga.
Movies
Jabba has also appeared in the film LEGO Star Wars: The Padawan Menace in the Mos Eisley Cantina and at his palace where he sentences C-3PO, R2-D2 and various padawans to death.

The LEGO Jabba the Hutt minifigure is one of the more uniquely shaped of any of the Star Wars LEGO figures. Also going by Jabba Desilijic Tiure, he was one of the most recognized and feared hutt smugglers and gangsters in the Star Wars galaxy, and operated a large criminal network from his desert palace on planet Tatooine. At the peak of his powers, Jabba was one of the most powerful and influential criminals, rivaling the infamous Xizor, who was the leader of Black Sun crime syndicate.
Despite his swift and unlucky movie role, the slug-like crime boss from planet Nal Hutta is one of the most memorable characters in the Star Wars universe, and one of the fan favorites. Jabba the Hutt first appeared in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, and although he met his demise by the hands of Princess Leia, he was later added into Episode IV as well, being shown in a previously deleted scene.
Because of the character’s physiological peculiarities, it has only been featured in four LEGO sets so far, but that only reinforces its value as a collector’s item. LEGO Jabba the Hutt debuted in the LEGO Star Wars universe 14 years ago, in the 6210 Jabba's Sail Barge set. This 2003 selection featured such iconic Star Wars characters as Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, R2-D2, Lando Carlissean, or Boba Fett.
It was also the first set that featured the transparent yellow spider. The first version of Jabba was sand green, and the minifig did not have any printed material on it. The arms were movable in an upward and downward motion, and there was another interesting feature, the hands could grip objects.
If one would put an object that had a similar size as LEGO weapons and such, the minifig would be able to grip it. Since the design did not have any printed material, it came down to the mold to bring the features of Jabba, which LEGO did a great job at. The color may not have been the best choice, but the design was otherwise spot on.
The second set Jabba appeared in was called 4480 Jabba's Palace, which featured the character’s infamous home and base of operations. In addition to Jabba, the set included Princess Leia (in her iconic slave costume), EV-9D9, a Gonk Droid, B'omarr Monk, and last, but definitely not least, Luke Skywalker in his Jedi costume. This set – which has featured the same version of Jabba than the previous one – was so popular that it was part of the Product Collection K4480 Jabba's Palace Kit.
The next appearance of the minifig was in 2012, featuring not just a reimagined version of Jabba, but a brand new variant of his palace too. The 9516 Jabba's Palace did a lot more than bringing back a familiar cast, really taking up a notch in terms of the design. The palace featured a sliding throne with the trap door from the movie, an entrance gate, movable guns, and even a removable watchtower.
As far as Jabba’s new design, LEGO managed to create an even more realistic minifigure. Since the character has such a weird body type that would have been nigh impossible to create without a precast version, they went with a similar base, but adding a different style and colors to it. The end result was a much more realistic Jabba, using printed elements. The olive green color is very similar to the one seen in the movie, and the same goes for Jabba’s face, which is a lighter color. The minifig looks like it just stepped off the movie screen.
The creators paid attention to the details that worked in the first two sets, including Jabba’s movable arms and hands. The head piece comes separately in this design, and with everything factored in, more realistic than the preceding designs. The chin is especially convincing, and demonstrates LEGO’s attention to detail.
The fourth – and up to date, last – set Jabba appeared in was the 75020 Jabba's Sail Barge, which once again featured the 2012 redesigned version of the minifig. In addition to Jabba, the set included Ree-Yees, R2-D2 (Serving tray, redesign), Princess Leia (Slave, redesign), Max Rebo and Weequa. It is only a matter of time until Jabba reappears in another set.
