NINJAGO®’s team of ninjas consists of Kai, Lloyd, Zane, Nya, Jay and Cole, and their ancient mentor Wu, who imbues them all with their skills, strength and discipline. They are the perfect group of heroes to inspire exciting role-play adventures.

Clad in red armor with his trusty sword, Kai is the ninja of fire and one of the leaders of NINJAGO’s team of fighting comrades. He expertly guides them with his sense of justice and inherent bravery.

The ninja of water, Nya uses her mastery of this element to fight the evil invaders of NINJAGO. As Kai’s younger sister and the only girl in the team, she is renowned as a bold and strong character.

Lloyd

Though born the son of Master Garmadon, Lloyd chose to follow a different path in life and fulfill his destiny to become the Green ninja and ultimate Spinjitzu master. A wise and inspirational leader.

The first Nindroid ninja robot created by Dr Julien, Zane evolved into the ninja of ice and a vital member of the team. A fearless fighter, he is dedicated to helping others and safeguarding peace.

The son of a dancer, Cole refused to follow in his father’s footsteps, and was instead recruited to be a ninja by Master Wu. Imbued with the power of the earth, Cole is revered for his strength and bravery.

A nimble and dynamic ninja of lightning, Jay uses this power to triumph in many battles. A naturally funny character, he also makes his team smile with his jokes and ability to make them laugh.

Garmadon

The son of the First Spinjitzu Master and elder brother of Wu, who went on to train a team of ninja heroes, Garmadon’s life could have turned out quite differently. But he was bitten by the Great Devourer as a child, poisoned with evil and became a warlord intent on destruction.

Zane is the white ninja (occasionally The Titanium Ninja) and the elemental master of Ice. He is also a robot but is more commonly referred to as Nindroid. He was created by Dr. Julien at least 40 years before the beginning of the events of LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitsu BTVSW . After a while, Dr. Julien was near his death. For Zane not to feel the pain, he turned off his memory switch, making him forget everything, even that he was a Nindroid. Little did he know, Samukai, leader of the Skulkin, revived Dr. Julien with Resurrectea, and tried to force him to build war machines to take over Ninjago. He refused, so he locked him in a Lighthouse and chained a Levithan to stand guard. Samukai would only let him go if he changed his mind.

One day, Zane was meditating underwater when Wu found him. He was the third ninja to join his team. He met Cole, Jay, and eventually Kai. Together, they beat the Skullkin, and found the Golden Weapons. When the Serpentine was released, the ninja fought them as well. One day, he found a falcon, which lead him to his old home. There, he found that he was a robot. He turned on his memory switch and remembered, leading him to unlock his true potential. He then recruited Lloyd, fought Samurai warriors, and met P.I.X.A.L. He sacrificed himself to save his friends.

After his sacrifice, he had himself rebuilt by P.I.X.A.L., but was captured by Ronin and sold to Chen. When the others learned that Zane was alive, they entered a tournament, which was a trap. They managed to find Zane. Zane was faced with a dragon, which was his elemental dragon.

As the seasons progressed, they faced challenges, such as having to fight ghosts powerless, recruiting Nya, losing P.I.X.A.L in an alternate timeline, and even getting damaged. He also lost Wu. Between Season 7 and 8, he got a cloak feature. He got marooned in another realm, where he must find the dragon armor to get home.

In Season 11, he had a dream about Aspheera. He got the scroll of forbidden Spinjitzu, where he was banished to the Never Realm. He got manipulated by Vex and became the Ice Emperor. Luckily, Lloyd saved him.
