И казалось бы, от этих новостей уже грустно, но Маккей ещё и поделился деталями потенциального продолжения с изданием Collider. Звучат они настолько круто, что хочется рыдать. Сперва давайте разберёмся в чём проблема и что за ерунда происходит с правами. «Лего Фильм: Бэтмен» появился как спин-офф «Лего Фильма» — спродюсировали всё это дело ребята из Warner Bros. Следовательно, у создателей был доступ ко всей библиотеке WB. Но вот случился 2020-й, и Universal по эксклюзивной сделке забрала права на всю LEGO-франшизу. Теперь LEGO-персонажи, которых WB использовал (например, Гарри Поттер, Бэтмен), вряд ли получат хоть какое-то продолжение истории.

Злодеями должны были стать Лекс Лютор и киборги OMAC. В сюжете появились бы Аквамен, Чудо-женщина, Лоис. В какой-то момент должен был произойти большой кроссовер, который, по словам Маккея, «можно сделать только в LEGO-фильме». Вероятно, он имеет в виду то, что в сюжете появились бы герои из Marvel. Batman has always battled alone against the forces of injustice and evil, but now he’s suddenly got a kid sidekick to deal with. Where Batman is silent, serious and brooding, Robin is loud, enthusiastic and constantly bursting with excitement at getting to work with his favorite Super Hero and new dad. Only time will tell whether he proves himself to be a boy blunder or a true Boy Wonder.

He was part of the Gothic City Orphanage, and he is a huge Batman fan. He get the opportunity to met Bruce Wayne in the celebrate the retirement of Commissioner Gordon and he ask questions to Bruce Wayne (A.K.A Batman) and Bruce answers all his questions but he also did when he was distracted watching Barbara Gordon. He finally gets adopted even know that Bruce gone.
The next day, he's happy to be in the Bruce mansion and he goes exacted watching and jumping and touching everything of the mansion. Alfred let him enter (when he was in the Bat-cave with Batman) and Robin gets more excited when he sees the Bat-cave and meeting Batman in person. Meanwhile, Batman tries to get the Joker to the Phantom Zone Projector. Discovering that he's unlivable to enter to the sect of the phantom zone, he gets the idea that Dick can enter by his amazing skills. Before they go to the Strength of Solitude, Dick gets a new dress (And pushing back his pants) and his renames as Robin.
In the Strength of Solitude, Robin goes to take the Phantom Zone Projector passing all the traps when Batman discovers that inside Superman house there's a big party celebrating the 70 anniversary of the justice league without him. Robin finally gets the Phantom Zone Projector with the help of the indications of Batman and he finally goes out. Batman almost admits that he's proud of Robin, but he's also too proud to admit it.
Some hours later, Batman and Robin head on down to Arkham to take on Joker. Barbara finds them and has them go through security. When Robin is caught trying to smuggle the Projector, the two beat up the guards and run to Joker's cell. Just as he expected, Batman confronts Joker and hits him with the Projector, sending him into the Phantom Zone. Barbara locked up Batman and Robin for his actions.
After Joker returns to the Phantom Zone, Robin gets sad and Batman encourages him to say that Bruce Wayne is scared and rap with him. He and Batman finally gets free by Barbara only on the condition that he allow her to join and help. Batman begrudgingly agrees, and he is now joined by Barbara, Robin, and Alfred (who somehow made it from Wayne Manor to Arkham on his own). The heroes take the Batwing across the city as they try to locate Joker.
The Gremlins start tearing into the Batwing, leading Batman to hop outside and leave the Batwing on autopilot with some rope tied to the controls. Robin and Alfred join him in taking out the Gremlins. Robin falls off the Batwing, and Batman jumps to rescue him. Alfred falls off too and nearly plummets to his death, but Barbara takes control of the Batwing and saves him. Batman then comes up with a plan and has Barbara fly toward Sauron's eye, just as Kraken blasts a fireball at the Batwing. At the right moment, Barbara steers the Batwing away and causes Sauron to get blown to bits, meaning Joker no longer has an eye on Batman.
The heroes make it to Wayne Island and applaud each other for their accomplishments. Robin takes a selfie with everyone as his new family, which then strikes a nerve with Batman. The other three go into the Batwing for more gear, but Batman locks them in there and has the computer send them to the border of Gotham City and Bludhaven so that he can protect them and fight Joker on his own.
When Batman gets in the Phantom Zone, he realize that he's actions get hurt by the people who care about him including Robin. Batman discovers that his friends are in danger so he makes a deal with Phyllis to take back the villains of the Phantom Zone and he goes back to Gotham to save his friends.
Batman apology's to be so selfish with them reveling his greatest fear. So, whit his friends back and the help of Joker's old team, they make a super team with customs and music that Batman hate's fighting with all Joker's new friends turning back to the Phantom Zone. They finally maid it but Gotham gets starts to break the city apart. Batman, Robin and his friends all form a chain link using their heads and feet to pull the city back together, along with the citizens of Gotham. It's still not enough, so Batman is forced to ask for Joker's help. Batman admits to Joker that he truly is his greatest enemy and that they need each other. Joker is touched and helps Batman pull the city back together.
With the city saved, Batman must fulfill his end of the bargain and return to the Phantom Zone. He reveals himself as Bruce Wayne to Robin and finally accepts him as a son. They have a tearful hug goodbye as Batman ascends to the Phantom Zone. However, he gets blocked from going up. Phyllis appears and tells Batman that she has seen how he changed to help those that he cares about, and has decided he can stay with his friends. Batman and Joker then part ways as Joker heads off with the rest of the rogues. Batman decides to give them a 30-minute head start before he and his team go catch them.
Batman and Robin are both now part of a new family. Batman hangs up the family selfie in his room. As the credits begin, Robin asks Batman if he can play a song that he's written specifically for the credits. Batman and all his friends and enemies get together to perform the song.

Зато их родителей и фанатов комиксов ждут и удачные остроты, и тайные знаки.
Оказывается, с помощью «Лего» можно не только созидать, но и деконструировать. Причем психоанализ Бэтмена тут не ограничивается стандартным диагнозом: «комплекс сироты, эгоцентризм, перфекционизм», а заходит гораздо дальше. Заманив взрослых в зал, этот мультфильм прямо при детях бьет их по самому больному месту — по привычке соревноваться в жертвенности. Все проблемы местного Бэтмена — в страхе перед делегированием полномочий, мании контроля и желании спасать всех в одиночку. И зрителю будет не просто не узнать в этом супергерое-оборотне себя или кого-то из близких. Немного командной работы — и любой подвиг Бэтмена превращается в рутину; только вот жить без подвига ему больно и неинтересно.
Мультфильм, первая часть которого при бюджете в 60 миллионов собрала в мире почти полмиллиарда, трудно заподозрить в том, что его единственная задача — воспевать безграничные возможности «Лего». Но как раз с ней он справляется блестяще: вот вам кубики, стройте из них что хотите. Хоть комедию, хоть супергеройский боевик, хоть гомоэротический триллер (если не надоели очевидные шутки), хоть семейную мелодраму, хоть мюзикл. Кстати, о музыке — претензия к мультфильму всего одна. В нем нет шлягера, сравнимого с «Everything is Awesome». И это страшно обидно, потому что в остальном тут и правда everything is awesome.

Колоссальный успех, во всех его пониманиях, вышедшей в 2014 году анимационной ленты «Лего. Фильм» стал краеугольным камнем в конструкторной франшизе, бросающей вызов всему кинематографу, при этом с ухмылкой говоря: «Мы всего лишь детские игрушки».
Три года назад явление работы Фила Лорда и Кристофера Миллера о приключениях пластмассовой фигурки по имени Эммет, поспособствовало рождению новой серии фильмов в жанре анимационная комедия, что в большей части похожа на рекламу датской компании «Lego» за просмотр которой еще и платят зрители, однако режиссерский дуэт сотворил карикатурное произведение, ухитрясь при этом поместить «1948» Джорджа Оурэлла и высмеивание всего того, что дал кинематограф, как искусство в целом, в проблемную и что немало важно детскую картину.
Полученная формула породила на экраны кинотеатров сольный фильм об одном из самых культовых и популярных героев — бэтмене, а вместе с ним и безграничную сатиру надо комиксами и не только. Режиссер Крис МакКей смог безошибочно расположить все задуманные идеи — от преслоутова инфотеймонта до философского предназначения семьи в жизни каждого. И симбиоз всего желаемого и продемонстрированного безукоризненно работает на публику. Создав идеальный мир именно для данного протагониста, совершается полное раскрытие персонажа, как с комической, так и с трагической стороны. Да, бэтмен здесь получился, что ни на есть эгоистичным правосудцем с нарциссическим взглядами, при этом ему не откажешь в исключительном и уникальном чувстве юмора, который в течение фильма, как волны, окатывает, не теряя при этом качество язвительных насмешек над всеми героями и злодеями ленты. В данном случае поражает масштаб распространения шуток. От сатиры картины получает каждый в не зависимости от своего статуса. Авторы проходятся по всем значимым и актуальным тенденциям настоящего. По большому счету после такого, телеканалу «Netflix» неприметно нужно просить, чтобы именно такой бэтмен записал для них спешл и отправился в стенд-ап тур по миру.
Вместе с тем стоит отметить, что за непрерывным развлечением в текстовом плане, автору удается порадовать созданным миром из детского конструктора. Пластмассовый пазл под чудским руководством трансформируется в необычайно красивое, яркое и детализированное полотно, на фоне которого происходят события фильма. Удивительно и то как, на первый взгляд обычная игрушка может вызывать множество эмоций и размышлений. Ведь местами комедия превращается в драму, затем переходит в приключенческий боевик с элементами трагикомедии, а в конце и вовсе можно разглядеть социальный подтекст о поиске себя в искусственном мире. Впрочем, цельность и правильное восприятие рассказанной истории заключается в ее коммуникабельности. В умении находить общее со всеми и умении заставить сделать очевидный вывод из увиденного. Как и в прошлом фильме, здесь все строится на персональных качествах героев, способных отыскать в себе то, чего раньше не замечали. Именно индивидуальность подчеркивает режиссер через эгоизм, заботу и детскую мечту. По сути «Лего Фильм: Бэтмен» представляет собой эпохальный шарж на действительность, выполненного в стиле постмодернизма с элементами классической греческой поэмы.

I'm not sure how anyone can criticize this movie for anything. Its 2 movies in one. The kids see Lego's with colors, action and subtle lines they understand, but children are more focused on the action and not dialogue. For adults, it is full of Innuendos that keep you laughing non stop. I literally cried from laughing so hard.
So if a movie for a family is entertaining for the kids and makes adults laugh and not look at watch to see "when this is over", then that's a 10. No kids here. And my fiancée was like omg, what! When you leave a movie still laughing and repeating lines. 10.

Holy plastic building blocks, Batman! Almost everything really was awesome about The Lego Batman Movie. After years of dark nights and grim glares at other superheroes, the newest adventure of the Caped Crusader, as voiced by Will Arnett’s perfectly overdone gravel, was a breath of fresh air. Not afraid to let Batman’s sidekicks have fun—even if our cantankerous main guy still prefers to wear only black and sing about “darkness”—The Lego Batman Movie is poised to entertain Bat-fans of all Bat-ages.
Still one of its best gags is its shameless (and relentless) use of references, cutaways, and in-jokes to overstuff its narrative with more meta-humor than the most unwieldy episode of Community. As a consequence, it’s easy to get lost about just what is being winked at, and when you’re supposed to nod along. So below we have begun compiling in this living document all the references we caught on just one viewing of The Lego Batman Movie. The DARK KNIGHT TRILOGY
What place is better to really begin than digging into the knowing Dark Knight Trilogy smirks? Sure, Batman v Superman might be the most recent one, and Ben Affleck is technically WB’s current face for costumed adventuring, but it is with Christopher Nolan’s triumvirate of ponderous self-seriousness where Lego Batman’s heart truly lies.
This is made obvious before even the opening titles commence. By refusing to start with anything but darkness, Arnett’s Batman hisses, “Every serious movie begins with blackness.” At least all three of Nolan’s Batman movies do. In fact, The Dark Knight specifically washes WB’s logo in the same blue filter too. And does that sounds like Hans Zimmer’s Joker theme of rising string tension?
Another nod to The Dark Knight is dropped early when an unimpressed jet pilot shrugs off Joker’s high-jacking. “Batman always stops you.” When Joker goes the full Spicer and denies the blatantly obvious, the guard adds, “What about that time with the two boats?” That’s another point for The Dark Knight.
While the Lego Bane has his comic counterpart’s famed luchador mask, as well as the over-juiced steroid wrestler aesthetic, his voice is unmistakably a loving parody of Tom Hardy’s own unique vocalizations in The Dark Knight Rises. And it’s hilarious. Every damn time. He also appears to be wearing a way too small fur coat, which also likely references the bold fashion choices made by Hardy’s villainous demagogue.
While mentioning The Dark Knight Rises, whether intentionally or not, The Lego Batman Movie seems to share some thematic DNA with that final Batman film with Christian Bale. Both feature a Batman confounded about what to do with his life when Gotham City is cleaned up, each shows him on a kind of death wish as a result, and both end with salvation by way of a Bat-family working together… mind you, since it’s Nolan the family is a bunch of old men, plus a fellow orphaned young man and Anne Hathaway’s slinky Catwoman. Still, both versions of Bats also seem ready to start a family at the end, giving up his loneliness.
These are Chicago’s famed, movable downtown bridges. They figure prominently in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, and they briefly show up as part of Gotham City’s architecture in this movie.

One of the cleverest choices by Lego Batman writers is the revelation that loner Batman is just a big softy at heart who watches romantic comedies and dramas when no one is looking. By itself that’s kind of hilarious. However, the pièce de résistance is that the only clip they actually show is from Jerry Maguire, the movie where Tom Cruise earnestly tells Renée Zellweger that “you complete me.”
It’s the same line that Heath Ledger’s Joker makes a mockery of in The Dark Knight when he tells Batman that his law and order, goodie-goodie act also completes him. This is like a three-dimensional pretzel of sarcastic meta-movie knowledge.
BATMAN V SUPERMAN AND THE DCEU
Beyond the above image getting a nod during a montage, one of the most amusing early tips of the hat to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice comes during the end of Batman and Joker’s opening battle. The Joker demands for Batman to admit that the Clown Prince of Crime is his greatest foe. But Batman demurs, “I like to fight around.” As proof he names Bane and Superman as his most recent casual beat-ups. For the record, Batman’s most recent films saw him fighting Bane (The Dark Knight Rises) and Superman (Batman v Superman).
Lego Joker is exasperated. But you can’t be nemeses with another superhero?! Batman’s like, “Yeah, bro.”
Also during the opening sequence, Lego Killer Croc swims down beneath the waterways of Gotham to turn on the Joker’s intricate and overly complicated bomb. Afterwards he exclaims, “Yeah, I got to do something!” Thus it must’ve been seawater down there, because the shade this line threw at Suicide Squad was salty.
Near the end of The Lego Batman Movie, the Dark Knight’s rogues gallery begs for Batman to let them join the fight against Joker’s new evil army. “Using villains to fight villains? That’s a dumb idea.” You’re probably right, Batman. You’re probably right.
