Лего. Фильм (2014) - Действие картины разворачивается в пластмассовой вселенной «Лего». Мир в ней выстроен пропорционально и чётко – у каждого жителя есть своя профессия и место в жизни. Все счастливы и трудятся на общее благо во имя светлой цели, получая удовольствие от работы. Повествование ведётся от имени простого пластмассового строителя Эммета – незатейливого и доброго парня.
Однако и мир пластмассовых человечков не застрахован от проявлений ненависти. Так, в одном из регионов появляется злобный диктатор, попирающий базовые конституционные ценности. В поход на него собираются все свободные граждане, включая пластмассовых Гендальфа и Бэтмана. Присоединяется к братству и Эммет.

Сюжет
Добрый волшебник Витрувиус, пытаясь сохранять опасную реликвию, вступает в ожесточенную схватку с Лордом Бизнесом. Злодей одерживает победу и отправляет мага в пропасть. Витрувиус не сдается, ведь он уверен, что настанет тот день, когда Избранный вернется в город и справедливость восторжествует.
С момента тех событий прошло восемь лет. Эммет – обычный житель Кирпичграда, работающий на стройке, оступается и падает в яму, где обнаруживает блок сопротивления. Необычные видения начинают посещать героя. Зло не дремлет: Бизнес похищает мирных жителей и формирует свою банду. Эммет и его подруга Дикарка встречают Витрувиуса, и вся компания объединяется против коварного лорда.
Погоня превращается в головокружительное приключение, герои то и дело меняют средства передвижения: в ход идут самолеты, мотоциклы, квадроциклы, подводные лодки и даже двухъярусные диваны. Однако и в этот раз победу одерживают темные силы – Эммет, пытаясь спасти друзей, разрывает провода и прыгает в пропасть у самого края Вселенной. Каково же было удивление строителя, когда, открыв глаза, он обнаруживает себя в мире людей. Оказывается, их чудесная страна Леголенд – всего лишь плод воображения маленького мальчика Финна. Эммет понимает, что только он сможет спасти город от неминуемой гибели, изменив сюжет своей игры.
Прыгая со стола, строитель привлекает к себе внимание и заставляет мальчика превратить его в великого мастера. Вернувшись в Кирпичград, герой разрабатывает хитрый план и обманывает Бизнеса, вручив ему колпачок Адскла. Темный маг гибнет, а история обретает счастливый финал: лучшие друзья воссоединяются, а Дикарка признается в своих чувствах Эммету. В Леголенде добро одерживает победу над злом!
