Trivia

It was released to celebrate 10 years of the series and theme by including information on minifigures from every year of the line.
A number of minifigures are not shown in the book.
- Other minifigures not shown in the book are the original Wu, Nelson, and all minifigures except Golden Wu from 71741 Ninjago City Gardens. Legacy Ghost Warriors and Legacy Eyezor are also not included. No Bricktoberminifigures are also included here, although it refers to Future Jay.
- Much like the Visual Dictionary New Edition, the Oni aren't featured at all in this book.
Errors
- The very first page still refers to the book as "Updated and Expanded."
- Although the book states that a snake tail piece was created for Anacondrai in 2012, it was in fact created for all Serpentine generals.
- The book states that Clouse was responsible for turning the cultists into Anacondrai. However, it was Kapau and Chope in fact who started the spell. [4] is said to have been horrified to see the Temple of Resurrection turn into a monstrous face, although he was already dead during the incident.
- A minifigure of Mr. E pictured in this book has no shoulder pads.
- The book states that the head mold of Re-Awakened was created directly for them in 2020, but in fact it was created for Legacy Skulkin in 2019.
- On Golden Legacy Lloyd's page, the image of 71735 Tournament of Elements contains a faint confidential watermark on it. [5]
- The Blizzard Archers were said to be ordinary soldiers like the Blizzard Warriors before being enslaved by Zane. Even though in the show, they were actually created by him.
- In the Rebooted chapter of the book, it was said that Pythor was the one who turned Cyrus Borg into the OverBorg, even though it was actually Wu who was turned into a cyborg by him.
  - The same chapter also stated that Wu was turned evil by the Digital Overlord, despite it actually being Cyrus Borg.

  Trivia
  - The book states that Chen, back when he was training Garmadon and Clouse, "wanted to defeat Master Wu and for evil to rule all." In "Spellbound," however, his younger self is depicted as someone who causes conflict for fun but does not have a specific vendetta against Wu or a plan for evil to rule all.
  - The books states the dragon from 70602 Jay's Elemental Dragon is the Hydroelectric Dragon rather than the Elemental Lightning Dragon.
  - The pages for the Morro's dragon and Master Wu's dragon are subtitled "Possessed Elemental Wind Dragon" and "Elemental Creation Dragon" respectively.
  - Though the book covers information up to Skybound, the endpapers picture the ninja in their Honor robes, which would not appear until the following wave for "Day of the Departed."
    - This was also the first product to feature Jay's new face print.
    Errors
    - In the set gallery, 70505 Temple of Light is given 2504 Spinjitzu Dojo's image.
    - On Lasha's page, "headpiece" is misspelled as "headpiee".
    - On the page for Cole ZX, it shows the Tread Assault though the captions refer to the Ultra Sonic Raider.

    - This book revealed the name of Zane's father, Dr. Julien. Before the book was released, Dr. Julien was known as "Zane's Father" and "Tinkerer" from the credits of the TV series.
    Errors
    - In the instructions to build Kimono Lloyd at the end, his shoulder armor is not pictured.
