Fire back with the Batcycle's rotating double stud shooter and rotating flick missile shooter! Beware of Two-Face’s tommy gun and take down that Super-Villain with Batman’s 2 Batarangs!
To unlock the Wayne Manor bonus level you must first complete all fifteen of the Super-Hero stud collection tasks in order to fully build the Hero Super-Kit that is found in the middle of the Hero Trophy Room.
Once it has been built you will be able to access the bonus level through a doorway between the Hero Episode 1 Minikits and the Hero Episode 2 Minikits. The Hero Trophy Room itself is accessed via a lift on the right side of the main Hero Mission Room of the Batcave.
Your task within the bonus level is to collect 1 million studs, there's absolutely no extra studs in this bonus level so you need to do every single thing in each of the areas otherwise you'll find yourself coming up short.
Head to the left along the front of the manor and you should find a set of large black barrels. Smash them and build a computer out of the bricks. Use the Technology Suit to switch the computer on and then get in the chair to start playing the side-scrolling game.
In this side-scrolling section you need to smash all of the cubes. You can smash the black ones by either by hitting them with a weapon or a punch, and you can smash the brown ones by hitting them with your head. Make sure to collect the purple studs left behind. Grey blocks are not smashable and some blue blocks are pushable or collapse under your feet or act as buttons to activate something. Then there's Silver blocks you need to explode and transparent blue blocks you need to shatter. In total you should have 470,000 studs by the time you leave via the pipe in the ground at the end.
After leaving the side-scrolling game you will appear on the roof of Wayne Manor where you can find a single 10,000 stud. If you get back onto the computer you seemingly just jumped out of you'll enter a whole new mini-game area, this time rolling exploding balls around blowing up fans.
To earn the 500,000 studs that are available in here you must blow up all of the fans, you can do that either by slowly nudging a bomb towards each fan and having it explode, or you can get in one of the green hover vehicles and drag a bomb around behind it smashing fans as you go. The vehicle method is quicker as the bomb won't explode for every single fan but can be trickier to get to do what you want. You'll probably end up doing a mix of both. Once you've reached 980,000 studs pull the lever in the middle to leave.
Leaving the ball game will drop you on the opposite side of Wayne Manor where there's another single 10,000 purple stud. That leaves 10,000 to go. To get that jump down and go to the right end of the area where you can build a green bulldozer. Use it to smash all of the rocks down on the grass and a gate will open. Go over to the opened gate and get on the lawnmower. Drive that over all the white flowers that have appeared on the lawn to get the final purple stud to appear in the place you just got the lawnmower from. Level complete.
Reward? A little bit of percent to add to your total.
Arkham Asylum
In a similar manner to Wayne Manor to unlock the Arkham Asylum bonus level you must complete all fifteen Super-Villain stud collections to build the Villain Super-Kit in the middle of the Villain Trophy Room.
The Villain Trophy Room can be found by going to the right from the computer in Arkham Asylum and going through the door in the corner near the orange canister rather than the one next to it that leads to the Maximum Security Area. The entrance to the bonus level is up a ladder at the back of the Trophy Room.
Again you need to find 1,000,000 studs but this is laid out like more of a traditional bonus level with stuff to do just laid out around the level.
On the football pitch you can score three times each way to earn 10,000 studs each time and then a large silver trophy will pop out of the ground which you can blow up. Hit the punching bags a few times to earn a few purple studs. Run on the treadmill a couple of times to earn some purple studs. And smash all the rest of the gym equipment. I had 273,900 studs by the time I left this room but the level's forgiving so you don't need to have everything this time.
In the second area you're in a sort of maze with undefeatable enemies running at you. Go around smashing the objects and collecting the studs on the ground. Make sure to drive all of the vehicles as a trail of studs will appear when you get in each of them. Near the middle of it you'll be able to find a plant that you can take control of and start eating the enemies that are attacking you, they'll drop a few studs and respawn. There's nearly 900,000 studs in this area so you should be able to make the million without having to do everything, and if you're especially dedicated you can probably get the entire million just from this area if you keep defeating the respawning enemies.
Once again the reward is just some percentage added to your total. But by this point that may well be the last percentage points needed to bring you to 100% and unlocking that final character.

Since you should have all the trophies by now, and you should be able to access the Bonus Levels of Wayne Manor on the Batcave side and Arkham Asylum on the villain’s side.
Wayne Manor
If you go to the right, you can build a bulldozer. Go ahead and go into the lawn and destroy several boulders. These will eventually become flowers. You can run them over with the bulldozer, or use the lawn mower. After all flowers are gone, you will be awarded a purple stud in the shed.
Go into the left and go back to where a computer is, you should be able to sit at it. Here you will find a thing that is reminiscent of Super Mario. Smash your way through some obstacles to get some purple studs. At one point, there will be one out of reach, so become a high jumper. You will also find another out of reach, but you can batarang it. You can then cross a gulf, then jump to a floating block with handles, jump back as a high jumper and get that stud.
There is one high pillar that has a trampoline under it, but the tramp didn’t get me where I wanted to go. Go ahead and take out three areas of this pillar with a batarang. I just became a high jumper and jumped to from the floating platform with handles. After punching something in my way, I had to use an explosive on the next one.
From there, it is across a blue area that will sink if you stay on it too long. Now, go ahead and use an explosive on the next area. You will notice a moving platform and a tightrope above it. Cross to the other side, and become a high jumper to get to the top. Now, cross the tightrope and use an explosive on the one area, and make certain to get the blocks above you as well.
Go ahead and jump to the right too. You can plant an explosive here and then keep on going. There is another place to plant and explosive, and then push a blue block all the way to the right. Jumping on this one will cause some blue blocks to appear as steps, but you don’t want to use them as yet. Instead, Go to the blocks below the steps. (You might need to wait for them to disappear.) Use an explosive on the one to the right. Take the steps up, and then go down a slide platform.
Use an explosive on the left, and then become a toxic resistant character and get the studs. Become a Magnet Suit Robin and climb up, and use the trampoline to go up higher. Shatter the glass case with Sonic Suit Batman and get the stud.
The next area is simply a matter of going underneath some rising and falling areas, and smashing the blocks above them to get a stud or two. The next one will have an explosive and Sonic Suit to shatter them. There is one more glass case, and then the tunnel out.

You will be at the top of the mansion, and there will be a computer there. Sit on the top for a while, and you will be at a new area.
This area is like the game Marble Madness. You can push a ball to hit the spinning orange fans, which will blow them up. You can use the hover crafts, but those might just confuse you. That should be about it. When you are finished, just pull the lever.
Keep in mind, you won’t be able to leave until you get one million studs, and I found that if you didn’t get them, you should go back to that “Super Mario” area and check to see if you got all of them there.
Arkham Asylum
In this first area, there is a lot of exercise equipment that can be smashed. There is one dumbbell set that needs some sort of explosive or something, and it will be reduced to rubble. There are also some railing that needs to be hopped up on, and then slide down a tightrope to get quite a bit of studs. There is a treadmill that needs to be run on, and two studs will appear on the top. When you get to the purple one, you are done.
You also need to spin a spinner so a goal post shifts its position, and kick a soccer ball past it. This will be cause a purple stud to appear in dead center of the field. There is a batrope area that will grant you some studs there, too.
When you enter the maze area, there are tons of places to get studs that involve you turning into various characters to obtain. I found that this isn’t very difficult.
Well, once you do everything described here, you should be at 100% for the game. This is assuming you’ve bought everything you can, got all the hostages, and found all the canisters.

umm im having a problem with my new computer when im playing anywhere in the game either the screen is blue but i still see the health for the guys and i can still move around and that i just can't see what is going on and where anything is can i have some help with this problem i tried to reinstall the game but that didn't work
Just made it to 100 on January 26, 2011:
I was stuck at 98.8% and then went to Wayne Manor (you have to go to the back of the trophy room and to the left to see the archway that gets you to it). I found that level REALLY HARD! You have to plow all the garden pots (or whatever they are) with the bulldozer, then smash the flowers with the little lawnmower. FOR ONE WIMPY STUD! The 2-D side scrolling area was really hard for me-- I ended up going back into it with the Joker and just firing away. that released some studs I hadn't seen before and I had to either double-jump to them or use the glider suit to get to them. Hope that helps! What a great game, huh?

u need to spin round on the chair when a multicoloured screen comes up on the computer keep spining then a black screen on the tv should come up leave it for about 3 seconds then u r in the place. :)

I'm laughing cuz im reading all these comments and they are the same things i was screaming at my screen. I thought i was the only one!! You have to make Robin spin around while in the chair to activate the boulder push area.

I am seven years old and I am stuck at 99.4% having completed all levels, as well as arcayne bonus level. I have gotten 960,000 worth of studs at wayne manor and there is nothing showing up when I use my batarang. I have gotten all the studs before the mario adventure and I am not sure what else to do. There appears to be no more studs to collect. There are no studs, not lying around or from smashing anything. Help me please. :(

To get the seat to work you need to have all extras turned off. Then when you sit in the seat after turning the computer on it will take a second or two to load the mini game.

Go back and and play the level again, make a list for every place you can get studs. Usually they are 10,000 a piece. Find out where you could be missing them on the "Super Mario" looking level. Chances are, you probably just missed one particular block that you had to batarang.

Even following what I can of this guide, the ONLY money I can get is 10K for the boulder flower thing. I am completely hosed as far as getting ANY results here. Frustrated doesn't begin to describe it. I am at 99.4% the only thing I'm missing is buying one guy- whomever is the last one on the bottom row!

mark, you have to batarang gray blocks above the one of the trampolines. just activate batarang and see what blinks. then if you fall to the bottom left side of the bobbing orange blocks, you have to blow up the block next to that trampoline. i was stuck in the same spot.
